Our Vision
The Super 8 currently sits in neglect and blight at the primary entrance to Creswell. After multiple hotel ownership groups have struggled at this location, the property was damaged by fire in 2018. Over the last two years it has tarnished the town of Creswell, serving as a home to to whoever felt like breaking through the security barrier, creating both a public nuisance and a scar on the city.
Our group of local owners acquired the property at the end of June, 2020 and our vision is simple….. convert the property from an unsuccessful hotel to much needed apartments and commercial space. Our re-development efforts will revitalize this former eye-sore and will help to satisfy some of the deficiency of available rental units that the city of Creswell has identified as a major goal over the next decade. We plan to deliver a property that all residents, neighbors and visitors to Creswell will appreciate.
